    What have they done well?

The small class size enabled students to interact with each other, building very tight knitted relationships. Furthermore the diversity of the class (Mine was approx 30 nationalities among 53 students) was very helpful in understanding new culture, work styles and communication methods. The 12 months course is also a big advantage as experienced employees are taking less time off the work force to pursue their masters.

    What can they do better?

Perhaps offering an optional post MBA internship option would be beneficial for foreign students planning to relocate to europe. It will provide them opportunity for them approach their desired companies for jobs.
